Graham Thomsen has been appointed as Chairman of Verterra's Board of Directors, bringing a rate combination of strategic leadership and technical expertise, as well as a wealth of governance and industry experience. Graham has a professional background in consulting engineering, water management and major infrastructure development.

Verterra's Risk Management system has ben certified to ISO 31000:2009. The addition of risk certification to its existing quality, safety and environmental system certifications makes Verterra a Tier 2 company.
