Biosecurity matters

Verterra has extensive experience in biosecurity matters, in terms of both advice to clients and through practical implementation perspective in its own operations.  

In addition to consulting advice, we incorporate weed management and biosecurity considerations in our routine activities.  

This includes quality auditing contract nursery plant production, observing bio-security alerts, managing the transfer of genetic material, risk assessment and implementation of appropriate wash-down and hygiene procedures when moving machinery between field sites.
